I'm Mackenzie, a UX designer based in Montréal, QC, Canada

I currently work at Multiplayer Studio. Multiplayer operates as an embedded design agency, meaning I work directly within client teams on their products. My current engagement is with one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms. Alongside that, I have experience managing client project workstreams.

That interest became a degree at Brock University in Interactive Arts and Science, a program broad enough to explore game design, media, and human-computer interaction. Wanting to go deeper into UX specifically, I followed that with a second degree at Algonquin College in Interactive Media Design, focused on UX and web development. That combination of design thinking alongside a real understanding of how things get built shapes how I approach every project.

Since entering the industry in 2023, I've worked across robotics platforms where users navigate both screen-based and physical workflows, large-scale e-commerce, AI integration across consumer and enterprise products, logistics software aggregating shipping and fulfillment needs, and insurance brokerage enterprise tools. Each project has pushed me into a new domain, which is exactly how I like it.
